Dude, I don't care if they're struggle meals they're all good. Other foods we'd eat when stuff was scarce were quesadillas and enfrijoladas. For those that don't know, enfrijoladas are like enchiladas, but instead of cooking the tortilla in sauce, it's cooked in pureed beans. It's served with beans and melty cheese, man, that sounds hella good.
