Here's a quick video on how to do another basic leaf clean up. It only took about 45 minutes to do this fall clean up, which really isn't that bad. This yard had some tall grasses to prune along with the shrubs, but overall it was a nice simple fall clean up.

I am trying to answer your guy's questions when I do these to give you some of my fall clean up tips and advice, so if you have questions, leave them below. Most of my fall clean ups are $90-$150 range for subdivision style homes where I live. Hope that helps!

Quick tip on tall grass. Have a roll of string. Tie up the tall grass and then use hedge trimmer to do a clean cut off the bottom. Now it's already tied up into a bundle and easier, faster to dispose of. Any loose stuff blow into the yard and bag it with the mower. Thanks for the video. It's good for us guys to learn off each other. This is my personal account, not my business account lol. My company name is not Italian fighter. ROFL.

That's what most yards look like after a real leaf cleanup. Sorry, I don't see any leaves to pick up.

Hey Brian, I run 4 exmarks. When cleaning up leaves we run a couple of the mowers with the mulch kits over the yard first then run the vac. That cuts your vac time by 2/3. Plus a whole lot less debris. Been doing it for 25 years.

I have a suggestion for trimming the tall grasses like pampas etc. Get a string and tie it in a slip knot and tie it up like a stalk of wheat. Then just do one cut at the bottom. It saves me a lot of time when cutting big ones like that.

15 people? I did a yard this size if not bigger that was a downwards hill front and backyard with a 20 year old snapper push mower, wead eater, blower and trimmer just by myself on a 90 degree day just recently in 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Still did a great job though 👍

A quick way to handle the tall grasses is to tie a string around then and then cut them down

Does he let u dump in the woods behind the house? Dragging all the debris off takes you and your truck out of service an hour maybe 45 min ???? Gotta charge 80 an hour for that. You could do another lawn in that time...that's how i do it ....seems high but the reality is any pickup with 2 mowers can earn 80/hr.

I just love work, I could sit and watch it for hours. That is what my boss always said. I love how you guys have made such a heavy job into a rather lite one. As a homeowner, you don't know how good it feels to look out your window on a Friday night and know that you are not going to have to clean up the yard all day tomorrow. It would take all day too.

I and my son, we have a small business, mostly in our neighborhood. We did only the front yard which included racking up leaves and mulching after, plus the clean up with leave blower. We did only the front yard. My bid was at 40$ she said no way, then ask me if 80$ would work instead, my bottom jaw dropped. After completion she said that her yard looked 1000 times better and tip me an extra 20$. Total price came out to 100$ cash for a 55 minute job on a 2k sqf house. Bless her.

You can throw tall grass in the woods. I put mine in my compost every year and it breaks down real nice like.

And I see you showin' off with your one-handed driving. . .

One thing that is holding me back a little is under bidding jobs. I think the main reason is because I feel like i wont get the job if i go higher, plus im still learning how to judge just how much work will go into it. need to work around such problems

I learned from geek to freak ... wrap that tall grass in duct tape then cut below tape. I've been in business 10 years and I love this technique.. saves clean up time

Good fair price! I don’t have a lot leaves to justify an ultra vac for cleanups but my friend does. What do you do with your debris? Dump in the woods? Loose in the bed of the truck, brown bag it, tarp? I mulch what leaves i do have by running over the yard several times or blow the leaves to the street curb because the city picks them up.

Wow, $125 would be kinda high in my area, i would get around $75.00 but that is still a good price, don't have a problem with that, great video
