To stay crunchy after frying and before placing in oven, fried beaded cutlets are placed in baking dish first, then sauce and mozzarella on top... no sauce on bottom!

For everyone saying there's no forget the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses are salty. Also if you use Italian style breadcrumbs they are salty as well. Okay that's all the defending I'm doing today✌🏾

I marinate chicken, pork, steak, shrimp with complete seasoning, a must for me to get the taste buds kicking. I marinate 1 day ahead of cooking, leave it in the fridge getting happy.
