2 lbs chicken party wings
Garlic and herb seasoning
All purpose seasoning
Cayenne
Smoked paprika
Avocado oil
Corn starch

1 stuck unsalted butter
Garlic paste or minced garlic
Parsley paste or fresh chopped parsley
Garlic and herb or Italian seasoning
Red pepper flakes
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil for frying

Used to cook for a wing place and we did the double fry, tossed them in the sauce and then finished them in the oven for a few minutes. I’m telling you, cooking that sauce in for like 3-4 minutes takes wings to the next level.
