Bro that was the purpose of it. Joker was meant to be a singles movie. But the studios put pressure on the the Directiors, actors and writers and if you dont do it it, they banned you from making movies. For example Keanue Reeves on Speed, nobody would hire him because he didn't want to do a second part until he got the role in the Matrix. Also I believed Top Phillips didnt want to do more Hangover movies but they have too. Its pretty messed up.
