You gotta find the sweet spot. Working too hard is just as bad as not working hard enough. Sometimes it’s worse. Now starting out you need to learn how to do the exercises and turn them into a skill. If you do the exercise wrong you won’t make the same gains as you could if you do it right

I feel like getting a space heater and working out in front of it has been my cheat code. I do 150 crunch, 70 push, Bic/TRI curl with 10 pounds 90, barbell 40, and then some like I'm trying to fly 10p each hand. I'm 153 pounds and 5"9 or 10. It takes me about 20 mins I do this everyday of the week. And twice day 4 out of 7 days. Stay at minimum 8000 steps a day and fast only water until 3 or 4pm I'm telling y'all I look unreal .. I hadn't worked out for a decade of being a junkie

Intensity
Frequency- how often you train.
Only two of these can be high during your training cycle otherwise you WILL burn out. 3 weeks on 1 week off for recovery. Keep accruing more volume each 3 week period and you will improve.

3 sets with reps being 8-7-6(1-2-3rd) at 60% of your max on everything PERFECT SWEETSPOT and increases efficiency. Rather than doing 4 sets of 15 So glad i found what works for me after years of trial and error finding the right sweet-spot is everything!!!

Ive hurt myself multiple times by gooing TOO HARD... take the first month to ease in. You should be sore but not burnt out. Then go hard

I might be wrong, but it seems like athletic people tend to have more complications with vaccinations. Is it wise to ease up on the gym for a few days after getting a shot? Is it possible that it has something to do with an interaction between the vaccine and gym supplements causing the problems?
