I got my 100% P&T on my 1st Try, I discharged in 2017, but I did not think to apply until 2022. I did all the paperwork myself, got all my records together. I did EVERYTHING myself from The jump. I didn’t even have to go into the VA, I did all my C&P interviews Remotely. The whole process for me took 5 months. I Am forever Grateful to The Most High God.

Took me 3 years for my 100% PT. I did it myself. Lots of reading, youtube watching, educating myself. Per usual my VSO did nothing. You can do this. Its not easy, but it’s doable

I'm 100% P&T. You are correct about Texas. Once I got my rating I moved to North Texas. My property taxes are over $7500 a year. I pay 0! My driver's license was free and good for 9 years! Also about Texas....the Texas Veteran Land Board provides auctions for land/acreage open only to veterans.

One this the Corps does well is not teach young Devil Dogs this kind of information, I learned through men like you and mentors before me who showed me the boots will come off one and day and no one will care, you have to care for yourself! I just got my 100% P&T 3 days ago by using a third party company to assist me with submitting my claim. My life is changed forever and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Great video!

When I finally got my 100%, it cancelled all of my federal school loans, which was over $71K.

Just hit my 10 years on my T&P back in June and let me tell you, it's a massive relief to know my Wife and Children will be somewhat comfortable now no matter how I pass in the end😊

Update 3-28-2023 Just got off the phone with a very nice lady at the VA. And she states the following..if your service connected "static"rating or ratings equal 100% then you are permanent and Total. All of your ratings Do Not have to be Static for P&T. You can have 10 rated disabilities in which 6 are "static" and 4 are not but the 6 equals 100% and therefore P&T. It is a MYTH that all your connected disabilities have to be "static" for P&T status. Hope this helps fellow Vets

Today was my day to receive my 100% P&T. It took me years to get myself to 90% and the help from my state's senate office to get me to 100% P&T. I look forward to taking full advantage of the benefits we all earned. Thanks for the info, and I look forward learning from you.

It took me 9 years to get my 100 p&t w housebound - I kept getting rejected over and over again so I did my homework, talked to other Veterans and I realized it was my state. I moved to Texas, got with the AmericanLegion near San Antonio and had my full disability within 3 weeks, plus back pay. Keep up the great work. You’re helping Vets everyday. Respect

My daughter is currently receiving Chp 35. She just completed her freshman year in college, and is receiving $1401 per month. It’s paid after the month is completed just like the GI Bill. A great benefit .

I got my 100% P&T about 7 years. Recently got my DV plate for vehicle. I should have applied for it years ago. A few other ones to check on:
*Oklahoma also has 0% real-estate tax
*0% sales tax exemption up to $25k
*Lifetime fishing/hunting license
*Military base commissary use

Part of the Hundo P&T club... Just went to county assessors office and filed my paper work...

Will take a few months and you also have to work w your mortgage company or id suggest communicating w them about it... But yes it's like 5500 that will now go towards the principal...
