You are the only guy on you tube that has been able to answer this question in under 45 minutes.

If your 100 percent P and T, in most cases don’t poke the 🐻.

You are absolutely right!! I am 100% (P&T), and if (you have / they have) all the documentation to show you in-fact have the medical issue that puts you in the 100% category, then don’t worry! I’ve had my medical disability 39 years without the V.A. questioning my status. Medical documentation is your friend - watching all these different YouTube videos not so much unless the right information is put out there?

If you put in any claim you whole claims record can be looked at. If you are 100 p&t don't put in a claim.

Thank you! I have 100% P&T for mental health, but I know alot of times to the untrained eye that one can be miscalculated, and I have worried if I slipped and said the wrong thing even though I have what I have, that the doc would then turn around and bump me down to a lower rating.

If you got a %100, don't poke the bear and open a claim, especially if your P&T!!

Best to continue care though..especially if you’re 100%

Ive been reading some people has on their decision letter has "no further exams scheduled" idk if this is an older format but my letter just says "combined rating 100%" and then 3 lines down says " You are considered to be totally and permanently disabled due solely to your service connected disabilities: YES". im confused since some people are saying they get c&p exams scheduled even with 100% P&T

So there's this huge misconception with veterans telling people to be careful when filing claims because you could be re-evaluated. There are former VA raters on youtube that will straight up tell you that's not what happens. Only if it relates to the claim you're filing, and they have to go back and look at your medical evidence or they suspect fraud. Going to your VA provider will not reduce your rating unless you commit fraud. If you're not p&t just regularly continue to see your provider and refill your meds and youll be just fine.

What do you do if you file pact act presumptive allergic rhinitis and sinusitus get zeros with effective date Sept 22 but filed Sept 23. Then va tries to claim clear and unmistakable error and changes it to Sept 23 and say no due process because non compensate rating. But I had already put in HLR for higher ratings and two zeros equal 10 percent rating
