Our home was never visited again by Rodney and his co-worker in this video. Instead a CPS worker from the same office attempted to work the revenge angle on October 11, 2017 by filing a petition to take our baby using a verified fake name (Jack Bauer) because we are state licensed medical marihuana caregivers. Although we are licensed by the state to grow marihuana and treat medical marihuana patients, this guy with the fake name believes that we can't care for patients without causing harm to our daughter. Jack's petition to the court to take our baby was denied by the court so Jack Bauer's next best solution was to place us on the Child Abuse and Neglect Registry based upon unsubstantiated and unproven allegations of Improper Supervision and Threatening Harm as if we were street drug dealers.

Jack Bauer is actually James Bauer but Jack Bauer filed a petition to the court to take our baby and filed this paperwork using a fake name. Instead of James being fired for attempting to have a child taken using a fake name, he is allowed to further cause us damage by placing us on the registry. This same character took our objections and our demand for a hearing and disappeared them so according to CPS no hearing was ever reported to have been officially requested.

We have legal documents regarding guardianship and standby guardianship in place to ensure that our baby will be properly cared for in the event that we are attacked again.

As for Stormy, she is a beautiful healthy little handful that will be 2 next month. She eats real food with utensils, has a couple dozen words we can understand ant at least a thousand we can't. She loves to dance but only to music with a good solid beat. She is ahead of the curve in nearly every way. We are truly blessed.

If you believe that James Bauer should be fired for attempting to take a child from her family using a fake name you should call 1-855-444-3911 and let them know at the BAY COUNTY MICHIGAN CPS/DHHS that perjury is more than adequate grounds for James Bauer's immediate dismissal.

I have a friend that a CPS worker just walked into his home. The friend didn't know him he just started asking where's the kids and getting aggressive toward him. Friend pulled a gun off his side. And tried to stop his advances. Friend has no children but the CPS wasn't having it. Came at my friend and he defended his self. BANG. One dead idiot. And it was all cause he was at the wrong address. CPS think they can just bully they're way around the laws. Luckily my friend was never charged.
