The 4th Amendment Stops CPS From Entering... But is that REALLY What We Want?

They wanted in.... we let them in.... but not before reading them our Fourth Amendment rights! Never let CPS into your home unless you are inviting them in, or they have a WARRANT! False allegations DESTROY families and they should NOT enter your home unless your child shows signs of abuse or neglect. PERIOD.

I have been told by CPS that the 4th amendment does not apply to them because it’s a civil case and not criminal so I asked them if they are above the constitution which is the supreme law of the land and they told me they can do what they want cps needs transparency Immediately

I fired a person that worked for me, she in turn called CPS on me. During the in house interview, the child in question, crawled acrossed the kitchen table to give me a kiss. She looked at me and asked, why am I here? I gave the name of the person that I had fired, the CPS worker could not say if it was that person that reported me, but I know it was.. False allegations to CPS used to come with some sort of punishment from the accusers, I hope that it still does....

Just be careful what you say CPS can and will get you to believe they are so friendly and on your side and your friend just so that you'll feel more comfortable and volunteer as much information as you will give just saying

Never seen a CPS worker so compliant, usually they'll want to check every light bulb, every electrical socket, they'll make sure that every sink and bathtub has running water and that the toilet flushes, then they'll rummage through your cabinets and fridge. I'm guessing why they were so complacent is when the REAL mom protected her son from being kidnapped at 5:51. "Is he normally this quiet" no he just trying trying to figure out why this strange woman came into his mommy & daddy's home and started asking him a buncha questions when he can barely talk.

I am so proud that you allowed the to come in I had CPS called on me! The went to my older child’s school and stripped him to check for bruises, then came to the house to tell m what they had done and check my youngest. I was so mad!

Mine wasn't that clean when they popped in on me unannounced. lol Why don't they worry about the real abused kids living in crack houses, instead of 2 people doing their best and obviously have a loving home for their little man!!! BTW it's not against the law for you to share a room with a child. Maybe sharing a bed, after a certain age, but separate beds they can't do shit about!!!
