How to handle a Child Protective Services Visit in under 4 minutes

#UPDATE 9/19/19. This case was deemed "UNFOUNDED", After this single visit, one single phone call several months later, and only one single text message a few weeks after that from the GESTAPO agent pictured here, they sent me the "unfounded" letter. Which means they could not find any proof of nor verify any of the claims made in the report.

My 16 year old son invented this story, and lied to the emergency counselor I took him to after i took his cell phone, went through his text messages and discovered he was involved with cutting himself and wanted his underage girlfriend to join in. He was also threatening classmates at school with knives. He got caught when i went through his text messages, I told the GF's parents, which caused them to break up, he got pissed, ran away from home went to an emergency shelter because his mother wouldn't let him move in, and concocted this fairy tale, as some sort of final F U to me, knowing I love to deal with these idiots so much. I never once left a bruise, never raised my hand towards him and never once did anything they claimed. My son is also a green belt in karate, which is the source of the supposed "bruises" I was alleged to have caused previously. He has now moved in with his mother, Who finally allowed him to stay there after weeks at the shelter, and who by the way has dozens more of these reports, and none of them filed by me. If fact, she has so many CPS visits, the file of "case reports" I have because I am named as the Dad, takes up two folders.

Know your rights, exercise your rights, stand your ground. After jumping through their (CPS') hoops 9 years ago, I learned where I made critical mistakes in dealing with these GESTAPO warriors. Applying the lessons learned here, and hopefully anyone who has to face this particular hell can learn from my examples.

For those who think anything in this video was remotely factual or true, my son is, has, and continues to be a habitual liar, his teachers know it, , and now, so do I, I was the last one who believed him 100%, until I finally got woken up and caught him. This is the result of me trying to discipline him by taking his cell phone.

That said, it still does not mean I will voluntarily give up my rights to anyone.

I worked in superior court for over 13 years and I have tried not to think about it until now, but I can honestly say that the number of trials I was involved in (as a Clerk of the Court) where CPS was involved in taking a baby from their parents who were doing just fine and the baby died while in their care is heart breaking. Not to mention the fact that so many blatant cases of severe abuse were ignored and not investigated where the child died.

Just because you are founded of abuse doesnt mean its true or that abuse occurred. CPS or DHS often conducts one sided interviews with the party alleging the abuse. They are undereducated and under trained and forget or dont know or dont care that allegations can come from people that have a problem with you, or come from an ex, and your kids can be coached.

im betting that if these case workers were made to take responsibility for what happens to these children after being taken and placed in a foster home they would think twice about playing games and taking kids to pad the fed grants for the county [ you make the claims and recommend the removal you are legally responsible for the children if those children get molested, hurt, killed, ect in the foster home ] , when it stops being about the money and starts being about doing whats best for the children bet we end up with better case workers
