Looks like the Iron Giant respawned in a fantasy universe where he is now a colossal knight, fighting lovecraftian demons from space who threaten Earth.
This is a perfect soundtrack for that story.

I love the sci-fi sort of vibe this remix gives off, particularly in the second half! It makes it feel like an Undyne from the future coming back with a burning thirst for vengeance. So glad I found this!

Very, very epic.

There's a slight expectation to most remixed and alternate versions of this song. All of them are pretty much the same in most ways with only a style change.

And then, there's this. This feels like an entirely different instance. A whole new meaning and time. Like someone took up the mantle of True Hero when the first fell.

It's sung in the unfamiliar verses and differing flow.

In the beginning, there is a sadness. A knowledge. And in that different theme is where the idea of a Second comes through. Maybe the First was someone they deeply idolized. And their passing was hard to make peace with. Hence, here they stand in the way of true evil. They stand in that way to fight it like the First had.

They'd take their despair and turn it into resolve.

Unlike the first who laid the groundwork for the next, the second came in with a single goal: to fight until finally, they Triumph. And that is rung loud and clear in how the song evolves and again how it ends.

Now, this is truly cool. Such a different and fresh take to such a great song, dude.

No lie the best remix ever done. The transitions are seamless and just perfect. This video deserves so much more appreciation. The beautiful silhouette of a beginning, to the epic rock solos, and just amazing changes of pace without destroying the theme.

I've heard so many versions of this track. And yet, this one is unique. From the intro, to the mix of metal and electronic, the arrangement that plays with some of the original's melodies and timing to just... the _vibe_. I love it. More please!!
