In this video I document my results of doing the nordic hamstring curl exercise everyday for an entire month. I explain how to do a Nordic Curl to get more explosive and faster in any sport.

I recently found like many of you kneesovertoesguy on social media and was amazed at how easy it seemed for him to do a nordic curl. Something I have never been any good at completing.

Tremendous progress. It took me nearly 18 months to do my first full Nordic. One of the most satisfying accomplishments ever!

I would have liked to see a comparison of sprint times from day one to day 30.

Oh my God, i really need to mention that your genuine laughter and enjoyment while you try to complete them is so so so addicting and motivating! For this feeling we all train!! I felt such joy and inspiration, i had forgotten of these little details how big of importance they are! Sincerely grateful for the video, brother! Cheers!

Congrats on your progress, brother. Very inspiring. I have a GHD, but I'm looking forward to grabbing a Nordic soon. Thanks for the inspo.

One thing I would caution with Nordic Curls (for yourself and anyone else wanting to try them) is to be careful of your bending at the hips. Bending at the hips as you lower down will reduce the intensity of the exercise (as it reduces the lever length), which is totally fine to do so long as it is intentional, however, if you aren't keeping a good track of how much you are bending it can make it hard to properly track progress. Recording yourself like you have done is a great way to see if you are bending at the hips, and if so by how much. Great effort though and some fantastic improvements over the 30 days.

I actually quite like this way of doing it everyday, the inclusion of a 1 rep max test every few days is good for rest, and having lighter days in there for higher reps is also good to now complete tex your hamstrings

My man here built his own freaking nordic bench! That's badass.

This exercise is one of the main exercises for sprinting and is great for injury prevention and increasing athleticism, explosivity and sprint speed.

This is a good guy. Willingness to be vulnerable is such a huge gift to us all. Thank you

I am mad hiker and also do quite a lot of swimming and cycling. Never did them before but recently my "creative" friends came up with this as their newest challenge. I was able to do nearly full one and then get up.

Doing these weighted increased my strength tremendously. I was able to full nordic after about 5 sessions and am now able to do them for reps. For anyone struggling, you really want to make sure that you are fresh so that every session is done with max intensity. Hope this helps someone!

Real strong lad!
You need to add a restistance behind the actual heel-locking installation, which you can literally wrap your dorsal foot including the toes around and thus activate the working chain fully. It makes a huge difference and orevents you from potential injuries.

i like how you found enjoyment in the workout on day 0, you were laughing at yourself but i could easily see your mindset of opportunity ahead of you.

Man you made me laugh so hard! I react the same way when I discover I'm so bad at something in the beginning. Awesome progress! Definitely should do it with more recovery time or low intensity days.

Great nordic curls progression video. Going to be incorporating nordic curls into my hamstring routine when I start more advanced lower body training soon, and I find this video very helpful and motivational 👍
