FIX: Computer Shuts Down when Watching YouTube

If your PC shuts down by itself while you’re watching videos, it is very likely that you have a hardware issue. A PC shutting down can be the result of overheating or faulty hardware, but given that watching videos is highly unlikely to overheat it, you should check the hardware. It is also possible that the culprit is a driver for your graphics card, which will be very easy to solve.

This just started happening to my laptop a few weeks ago. I'll be watching music videos at a loud volume, with headphones. I have a micro amp for the headphones though.
It gets VERY HOT, then shuts off. Very upsetting! It never used to do this before.

Help!

I assume YouTube is attacking my computer since I am using an ad-blocker that happens to be part of my anti-virus program.

I'm so sick of my Desktop! Shuts down completely random. Yes, while watching videos. However, I can load three 4k videos, on three screens, run a game and it won't get hot or shut down! I rebuild this thing from ground up again. 1000WATT power supply! Gold level EVGA! over $200 PSU!. Re-seated CPU, 2070 super. 32 GB Ram. it's a nice system. CPU runs in the 70-80 C max and usually more like 50-60c normal 72 max for normal gaming etc... GPU really runs cool most of the time 50-60C max. I am so lost as to what I missed. 30 years in computers... I've lost my touch obviously.
