Remove your main battery then disconnect CMOS battery for 5 minutes, connect your CMOS battery and plug in charger while your main battery is still disconnected, try turning it on and if it turns on then shut down your laptop and connect main battery, Try turning it on again.

I got scared for a second because my laptop had no issues but suddenly turned off while playing Minecraft. The caps lock button was still blinking and the fan was still on. I shook the laptop, punched it still nothing. I couldn't even turn it off. Then I removed the battery and it finally turned off. Then I turned it back on and it started updating windows and it started working again. I don't know why I'm typing this here tho.
