A more advanced tutorial would help. Units, buildings, etc. How do I make my unique civ building be an improvement type of building vs a city center building?

What I want to do is make a leader that can make cannabis. Unique unit is a weed farmer that can create or delete a cannabis luxury (that's the civ's unique building/improvement) resource on pretty much any tile, infinite times, but can't improve other tiles. Every weed corporation (3 luxuries) allows a new weed farmer. Then I want my civ ability to be like every city with a domestic trade route receives double amenities. Just more general complicated mechanics and tips how to set things up that I have no clue how to change the values of without messing everything up on this software would help

When i tried to build to mod, it said that "GeneratePantryPaths" task was not given a value for the required parameter "AssetsPath" and i dont know what to do

<I am getting an error here because there are two colons, when I delete one, I get namespace prefix AssetObjects is not defined. I take it something is supposed to be between the colons.

Thanks for this video btw! But when i try to build my mod it says it cannot find the asset cooker and that its required since the mod uses art assets? How do i fix this please?

Hello! I need your help again. I've tried doing this three times, each time getting the same problem. After clicking on the build, I get these four errors. 1 & 2) Multiple colons are not allowed in an XML name according to the XML Namespace specification. 3) (UIErrorTexture) and 4) The command ""C:\Program Files (x86)\...\XLPs\Icons.xlp"" exited with code -1.
PLEASE help. And if anyone is able to fill me in with how to fix it, that would be greatly appreciated.

The thing is: I'm trying to create a mod to add president Dilma Rousseff and an alternate brazilian civilization with specific texts and icons. But the main problem until now is that I cannot figure out how to add the traits I want for the leader: +1 production from every building in the Campus District and +1 housing from the granary. Do you happen to know how to help me?

Where in the game files would I find the text prompts for the leader traits and modifiers?
I have checked \steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\ArtDefs and then several documents such as "leaders" and "civilizations". But if I search for any specific, existing civilizations (Egypt, Cleopatra, Scythia, Teddy, etc.) nothing shows up. So I can't find the text from the wildcards, policies or other leaders.

I have done a lot of googling, but without learning where to locate this information.

Any help would be much appreciated!
