The IBD-AID diet is involves increasing intake of foods such as fresh meat, poultry, eggs, fish, fruits and vegetables, honey, lentils, split peas and nuts, weak tea or coffee and fats & oils, aged cheeses and lactose free yogurt. Meanwhile, the intake of other foods such as processed meats, corn, lactose, refined sugar and wheat need to be reduced or eliminated.
