This was an awesome stretch after I did the 12 minute full body workout, so good 🧘🏾‍♀always love when i can make a routine work for me and stacking these Well & Good videos does the trick, so awesome 💜

I make sure that heels touch floor when doing downward dog. Really helps stretch calf’s and Achilles fully
