Does anyone else have it on their legs? If yes how do you remove your leg hair? I'm shaving it but I think it makes my KP worse☹️

Pro tip ; I have it mild on my cheeks and legs, and pretty bad on my arms. For my cheeks I just use moisturizer 3 times a day if im not wearing makeup. It helps reduce redness. The bumps are still there but theyre not rough. For my arms, the scrubee from LUSH is the best thing I've ever used. My friend as well. Seriously. Its just 8 dollars. Invest

I had this for years and was treated by several dermatologists with topical ointments that did not help. After I purchased and used an epilator on my legs, the Keratosis Pilaris on my thighs disappeared. So I decided to try it on my upper arms (I had noticed those tiny hairs at the center of the KP bumps!) and, voila, problem solved. That was 40 years ago and I have not had a problem with KP since then. So go out and purchase a good quality epilator, like Panasonic or Braun.
PS If you are sensitive to the plucking feeling, for example if you must use it on your face, use some gel-based Anbesol prior to epilating. It’s made for teething babies and will temporarily numb the treatment area.

I had kp on my arms and sudo cream eliminated it in one use. It may be different for everyone though.

I am suffering from this for almost 7 years until now. I'm guy who wants to join male pageants but I can't because of my skin. I'll try if that products will work.
