I’ve suffered from this condition for a long time and nothing seemed to work for me. I tried many different creams over the years and nothing changed. My skin would improve but the KP would not go away. A few months ago a friend recommended a Chinese Eczema cream which I bought from Amazon. I saw a big improvement in just one week and after a month of using this cream my KP is almost gone. My skin now feels soft and very smooth.

-Do not use fragranced soaps
- deep exfoliate (BHA exfoliant is best)
-keep your skin hydrated (always moisturize after a shower)
-see your dermatologist
-use humidifier (keeps your skin moist)

Hi Dan, I’ve been a follower for quite a while now. Thanks for sharing this. Who would’ve thought a guy as perfect looking as you, actually has to deal with problems we mere mortals also deal with. I’ve had kp since 18yo and I’m now 34. It’s one of those skin conditions that never goes away. I find that using body wash that contains salicylic acid used in tandem with wash cloth really helps. And since this dries the skin, moisturizing as you suggested, is essential. Also making sure you wash your beddings frequently helps. Exercising, healthy diet and plenty of water help too.

I bath in Dead Sea Salt daily and use Amlactin which is a good moisturizer and contains AHA. Both help reduce KP effects. I’ve tried everything else including medications which were ineffective.

Praise be to Allah I thought I was sick. My dad gets this and I started getting it after getting really sick and being hospitalized for a week. They keep telling me I'm making a full recovery and now I believe them. My dad has these and I got them at 34.

I have had this from my teens I'm in my early 30s now, but up to today I taught I had acne on my arms I used to use face scrubs on my body & pick at them I was so frustrated with it.
