The thing that has helped most for me was applying a solution of 1 part apple cider vinegar to 2 parts water to the skin with a cotton pad about 10 minutes before my shower. Then in the shower I washed with my regular soap and a gentle exfoliating glove. After the shower I moisturize with aloe gel in summer, Cerave lotion in winter. I started out doing the ACV application a couple of showers in a row and then switched down to doing it once a week. Within the first two times the bumpiness and redness were massively reduced, and it just gets better from there!

I am suffering from keratosis pilaris. It s been I think more than ten years now. But it is not reducing. At initial phase it was only on my shoulders but as year passes it increases and now it is on all over the back and legs and hands. I have tried xerina and glycolic acid and retinol. But no improvement.. What should I do. As it won't increase.

After trying a lot of remedies in allopathy and ayurveda nothing changed the scenario
But by luck or chance there is a chance of getting out of it.
I stopped even mild smoke or drinking. Then started avoiding sugars and started work outs. Drastically with in three months the no of kp reduced from 100s to 10s even less. I hardly find one or two of them on my hands and 5-10 very mild non noticable on my legs.
This i tried on my body as I'm suffering from it . Don't irritate the skin by using any products they actually don't let the skin to breathe air just be in optimum temperature
I have started not taking salts n rice also let me share after a month. Also will start taking lamb liver which is high in direct vitamin A.
