Final Update:
I have found and removed pesky files within mod files, it was corrupted, and that was what was causing problems! It works so perfectly now, and loading is faster since I allocated 8GB of RAM. Thank you so much for this video! Have a nice day.

Update:
I have confirmed that a recent mod that I had added to the mods has caused it to fail to load at the end.

My computer has 16GB installed RAM. I run Minecraft ver. 1.10.2, Forge 12.18.3.2221. Here are the arguments: "-Xmx7g -Xms7g -XX:PermSize=256m Own Pack (1)" -Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US". Well it won't finish loading all the mods at the end. I have about 150+ mods loaded. How can I fix this?

(I realized it could also be Mods, but it would crash wouldn't it? It's just stuck at the very last of loading.)
