also, lowering you screen resolution help really well. go to video option and press other, your gonna see screen resolution setting, turn it to 1280x720 because its the lowest without black screen

turn off smooth fps and smooth world so that u can get more fps. and set priority to realtime if u dont use any other applications that also have high cpu usage. but i recommend using high or above normal.

All I did was lower my tender chunks and simulation chunks I went from 10-20 fps to 40fps and if u want to completely minimise t which I tried and I got 60-70 fps which ever u want to do depending on how much fps ur laptop runs Minecraft
