Thanks for your time and knowledge, I have been trying to reduce my calcium score of 1072 with your basic plan of no wheat, vit D, fish oil, K2 mk7, multivitamin. I had a hard time getting my doctor to OK my CAC scan. I've been taking 20, 000 iu of D3, got my D level up from 41 to 134. Havn't heard an upper # so I backed off D3 supplements to 10, 000. triglycerides are cut in half to 62 from 135. Thanks for the guidance anxious to recheck my CAC score. I'm 68 starting on health late.

After L reuteri is made into batches and stored, can it be added to other dairy (e.g. mixed in with yogurt) also, can powder magnesium work if MoM is scarce?
