I need to lose weight and I have high cholesterol I am trying Mediterranean diet where I'm going vegan 3 days a week eating fish twice a week chicken and poultry once a week and red meat about once a week with the occasional cheat meal or two. I've increased training but what do you guys recommend ? because maybe this isn't the best approach.
