Hi Sophie, thank you so much for sharing this video. I have a question for you: when I am in a split and I try to bend my back leg, this suddenly falls down or doesn’t stay still. Do you know why and how I can improve this? Thank you so much for reading. <3

I'm back on binging again, haha. Can I ask on how do I know if my oversplits are in the right position? When I oversplit my right leg, my left usually feels pain.
