Is the 2025 RAM Ramcharger a BETTER new truck to BUY than a Ford Lightning?

FIRST LOOK: The RAMCHARGER is a game changing full size truck. On the outside you will discover unique headlights, grill and 22in wheels. On the inside there is a 14.5in infotainment screen, 12.3in digital gauge cluster and panoramic roof. Under the hood is a V6 that generates power for a lithium ion battery and (2) electric motors churning over 600HP to the wheels. Is the 2025 RAM Ramcharger a BETTER truck than a Ford Lightning?

Yes! I remember the old Dodge Ramcharger very fondly. Those trucks were like tanks, just like the 69-91 K-5 Blazers.

My old high school classmate, being the Mopar guy that he is, had one………in the form of a 1974 Plymouth Trail Duster with a 318 under the hood.

This will be pretty sweet for the campsite! Finally a nice 90kw (70kw usable) ev battery paired with a 28gallon gas tank-- big fan of EVs but hope more automakers will build PHEVs like this with large batteries with a gas tank--- will be great for the campsite/worksite and powering a travel trailer with the 7.2kw power generator in-bed! Really hope this STLA platform PHEV setup eventually goes into the Wagoneer!🎉🎉🎉

This is how you go electric! Plug-in hybrids are the perfect option for those who want to go EV, but don’t want to deal with the anxiety of running out of battery. Having an ICE as a generator is the perfect solution!

Ram has really gotten their shit together the past 5 or 6 years

Using ZF transmissions for their 1500s and Aisins for the 2500s

Interior better then the competitors especially Chevy

The 2019+ trucks look so much better then last gen too
