Do you need to get finished with a ultra cruiser fly it and you won’t have to worry about those annuals every year😁

Dennis, 3L had multiple repairs to the tail wheel area due to cracking.

Does the H5 plans specify thicker guage material in this area?

I noted that you called out the compression pressure of the H5 cylinders. Are these readings taken with the engine cold or at operating temperature? I assume these measurements are acquired with a battery at full capacity, and/or with a charger installed inline?

What are your thoughts on the use of a leakdown guage?

Hey dennis quick question i was wondering what egts you were getting at cruise on ur uc, i have a 40hp mosler and getting some bugs worked out on it, my gauge may be off but i usually get 1150 on takeoff climb but cruise at around 3100 rpm starts to shoot up around 1300 and i pull the choke a bit to get it back down. Gonna try a new gauge but was wondering if you had any problem keeping egt in limits. We richend up the mixture some but it killed takeoff power so we put it back to the sweet spot.
