Basic Gua Sha Routine

I love gua sha. I sometimes get this weird tension in parts of my face that results in pain and discomfort and gua sha helps me tremendously with getting rid of it. I always feel an immense sense of relief when I’m done. Glad to see someone doing it correctly! (Or at least from what I’ve been taught by a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in my town.) It’s also great for other parts of the body like the back and legs.

Personally I just use it for tension in my face as I get chronic headaches and clench my jaw while sleeping. It does help relax my face and I enjoy including it in my routine.

Skincare specialist - don't just glide the Gua Sha to outer portions of your face, yes do that very motion for each step but follow on bringing it down to the lymph nodes below the jaw

Hi there! I've noticed in many guasha massage tutorials, when massaging the eye area, the guasha tool is used to scrape from the inside outwards. Wouldn't that make the eye wrinkles more pronounced? Why not do it from the outside in, so the wrinkles gradually fade away?

I thought wow she has no texture on her skin till I figured out she has a blur effect on her video. Glad that my skin texture is the same as just hers. I feel good ❤
