Thanks so much for this! I’m 65 and need help on a continuum! I recently re-discovered Gua Sha and am now doing it religiously almost everyday! I can see a difference, too, when I’m doing it regularly. I so wanted to find someone around my age who did tutorials on this specific to our age range. Thanks

Hi Laura Rae ! You look so good without makeup on, even younger than with ! From what research I’ve done on this, it’s great for lymphatic drainage, and de-puffing under the eyes, but no scientific evidence that it helps wrinkles, or tightens skin. I still question that, because why have Japanese women been doing it for thousands of years ?! I use my Jade roller for my puffy underwear area, but may add more of a routine with my other Jade tool to help my sinuses. Have never been consistent, and if it helps my allergies, it’ll be well worth the time. Thanks for the demonstration video ! 😌
