I can't believe this actually worked. Been struggling with this problem for about 2 days now

Workaround:
I had this problem because of 1gb of media and fixed it by enabling:
Player settings -> Publishing settings -> Split Application Binary

Unity will then build a separate .obb file in addition to the .apk containing all data, but at least it works...

because this video, i know i don't have keystore, so i search how to create new keystore, and then i can build apk, i think i already have default keystore
