I know how to do this, this is the easy part. I have plugins with with the intent filter too in different manifests ive tried to change them all manually but I still keep getting this dam error its driving me nuts!

nothing I did could fix the problem, I had unity hub installed on my f drive. I uninstalled all of my unity versions and unity then reinstalled unity hub on my c drive. it may have been overkill but frustration led me to it and then all my android building worked.
