These sorts of videos help. I am learning to live ADHD and accept after being diagnosis just a few months ago. I am almost 40 so there is alot of unlearning and relearning to do. Words cannot capture how much knowing others are out there with similar issues and that the silence of a room and a fur baby in your arms is all we need at times. Thank you.
