What’s funny is when I zone out, since I have what’s called a lazy eye, my eyes will roll back so you can only see the whites of my eyes

I did NOT ask to be called out like this

The worst of this for me is the internal struggle between thriving in a routine and having a hard time establishing routines 😢

Does your girlfriend do these things...? 😂

*this is not a diagnostic tool and doing these things does not necessarily mean you have ADHD.

My ADHD tells me to be over prepared, my autism says "you will NOT leave the house, there's too many things going on"

My college roommate and I once missed a turn on a road trip and didn't realize until we got to the next (wrong) state....

For the picnic I legit forgot to pack for, my friend just brought us to a takeout restaraunt and we sat in the grass and ate with our food. Forgetful people ideally become friends with someone with a type A personalities.

Love your content and the ADHD coaching concept. Love how it's a little different than peer support or other more traditional services for MH conditions. Truly, you have lived through it, I don't have ADHD but, I experience a plethora of symptoms from my own unique brain that are relatable in your content. It really does give me hope for myself to get back into the world, have friends, and be myself but more self-aware, and it helps me see how to take responsibility for myself I ways I did not know how to do or had gotten too codependent without fully knowing in most of my relationships, romantically primarly. Anyway, your humor is brilliant and I hesitate to say I want to be as functional as you appear because that is a compliment with toxicity inside of it. Basically I want to be a healthier version of myself and to see you model the ups and downs really motivates me to be a better me and understand ADHD better as well as my own symptoms of PTSD, Bipolar and other intersecting labels 🏷 😅. Keep doing this content if it feeds your soul. Huge supporter of you, and so glad I found and follow your content. Sometimes it hurts and hits home hard, but I can digest it. Your energy and authenticity make me feel safe to go explore myself in new ways despite the fear of confronting my own maladaptive tendencies and how to be more responsible of my conditions and how to be a better ally from 2 years of complete bitterness against the world and rebuilding myself again. Sigh, love when ppl throw me food and I haven't eaten all day and I am not offended but like oh shit! 🙃 😅😮🎉😂❤ @HayleyHoneyman

My mum thinks I might have ADHD and I’m on the spectrum. I am a very difficult learner, and I subscribe to you because I understand a bunch of things you’ve been saying like I spaced out all the time and I hate people touching me and I don’t like it when people have long I contact and I never want to leave my room. Sorry this is long. Hope you read it. Thank you so much ❤🫶

My friends told me i am the poster child for undiagnosed ADHD. So i got evaluated. They said i don't got it. So now I'm ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But now i know to look for productivity apps/other things designed for ADHD people and i find them really helpful! Idk if i got it or not but i def have a few tendencies 😅

Thanks to you I got the courage to see a therapist about my suspicions of have adhd. And wouldn’t you know. I’ve been undiagnosed for 35 years. And I’m hoping with this low dose of meds my brain can function a bit better. I do love my ADHD brain and I don’t want to lose all of it. Is that weird ?
