Trying the CRAZIEST Clear Ice Maker for Home

IceDuo sent me this prototype for a test, and it's the most efficient machine that actually delivers clear ice in different shapes. It also makes bullet ice, but I'm not a big fan of this shape.
I've been testing many home ice makers and this technology (dual ice reservoir) is the most impressive so far.

It's a cool concept. I'm still waiting for a much more compact and cheaper bottom to top directional ice maker. The only ones you can get are industrial and make 500kg blcoks of ice

That first style of ice cube used to be called shotglass ice cubes. GE fridges from the 70s and 80s made them, and they were a nightmare!

I think clear ice is a nice to have.
I have a regular ice machine that makes the cloudy-ish ice. It's fine.

I was thinking making clear ice with multiple molds( specifically ghost ice molds) and reshape them with atoms ice press and selling them to bars( with 1$ ) and expand the business with the same method, because it's simple to start in this way. Is it worth it? Will bar owners or be happy to buy it consistently? Who else would be my customers? How should I approach them? I wanted to make it full time business even large business, is that possible?

Vlad, I just watched a crazy video on Instagram that suggested mixing dry rice in with cocktails like a negroni removes methanol and aromatic impurities and creates a more complex flavour. It seems ridiculous, could you do a video about it? It’s called “rice washing”
