How to Fix Import Files Not Showing on FCPX from An External Hard Drive

When editing videos, I could not see my files in some of my external hard drives plugged into my computer. I was looking for a solution on how to fix it and nothing was coming up on YouTube. However, I did find it on an online forum and thought I should just share it on here for the next person who might be looking for this easy fix.
