How to fix the error 'Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it' when headphone is connected

I found the cause to be the audio bitrate setting (free Spotify) to be the only main cause. In your windows playback device if you have anything above 192 set that's the main issue. Put it at 192 and Spotify will always play.
