How to FIX File Import Failure in Premiere Pro 100% successful | Error decomposing audio or video.

I have figured out the solution to this problem. If you are facing the same problem i.e File Import Failure then watch this video till the end.
Location:
Mac: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common
Windows: \Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common
NOTE: username = your PC name

Software name : Handbrake

I've got an avi file which is not able to be opened by Handbrake, Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Encoder. The video was created by using OBS Studio (64 Bit)
