A clinical psychologist who examined Richard Allen while he was in custody described her interactions with Allen during his time at Westville Correctional Facility, including his account of the day of the murders.

He admitted to being there, he admitted in writing he did it with a box cutter, something that was never told to the public, and now it's revealed that he confessed to it to a shrink, giving details such as the van which he couldn't possibly know about unless he was telling the truth.

He's gonna die in prison.

It's interesting that two of the witnesses have gotten angry when they are cross-examined. This man with the van and the lady who saw the muddy man walking.

He got papers that outlined the prosecutions case. In it where details that only the police knew and kept from the public. I can imagine Richard using these facts in his false confession. Unless he tells us about the sequence of the killings, the behavior of the girls I can't accept his confessions. He is under extreme mental conditions that make his depression go in to over drive. He wants it all to end - I don't give much weight to these confessions. Depressed people think different are self absorbed with being rejected by society. Add solitary confinement it makes his fears worse.

Anyone still questioning whether Rick Allen is Bridge Guy?

What height would a 5'5" man look to be if he was wearing boots with thick soles, a hat and a hoodie on over his head? How well would you be able to describe a man in detail from 120 feet away at a moment's glance? It is the timestamp-timeline that is 100% important here; not the fallibility of people's descriptions/recollections.

--Railly and Bre saw BG as they were walking off the trail about to reach the Freedom Bridge area; their phone photo timestamp was 1:26pm when they were at bench 1, so walking another 1300ft would put them at seeing BG around 1:30pm-ish.
--Allen's Ford Focus seen on Harvest Store cam at 1:27pm, and him parking then walking 1000ft "with purpose", as Railly testified, would put him there passing Railly and Bre at 1:30pm-ish.
--BG, walking with purpose, would take 10min to get to High Bridge platform 1 (1:40pm-ish).
--Betsy Blair's Fitbit data log timestamps have her on the 300 road loop passing under Bre and Railly on the overpass as they were walking away from the trail system at 1:46pm, despite Railly's account of that time being 2:15pm.
--Harvest Store cam has Blair driving to the Mears entrance at 1:47pm.
--Blair walks down to the Bridge barrier and sees BG at 1:53pm and turns around. She guesstimated this distance to be 50 feet, but the actual distance is 120ft. She said it looked like he was expecting someone.
--Abby and Libby dropped off at Mears entrance and Kelsi's car seen on Harvest Store cam at 1:49pm.
--Blair sees Abby and Libby walking toward High Bridge.
--13min after being dropped off, Libby's photo taken at 2:04pm between bridge platforms 2 and 3.
--The photo of Abby on the bridge taken at platform 3 at 2:07pm.
Shortly after the girls are walking past platform 4 is when BG probably made his move to start crossing the bridge after them.
--In the "down the hill" video it is platform 5 seen in the background and he is walking just a few planks in from of platform 6 (about 50ft away from the girls who are at the end of the bridge.
--Sarah Carbaugh sees BG muddy and bloody walking west on 300 at 3:57pm.


Rick Allen gave 2 different timeline of events in 2017 vs 2022. One would have him arriving at the trails at 1:30pm, and the other would have him leaving the trails at 1:30pm.
Which timeline will be more accurate?
--The one he gave 5 days fresh-after the murder on Feb 18, 2017 when he self-reported being there between 1:30pm-3:30pm and parked at CPS building (arriving to trail at 1:30pm), which matches the timestamps of Bre's photo and Blair's fitbit data?
--Or the completely different one he gave 5 YEARS after the murder in 2022 when police came looking for him to question him about the murders, saying he was there from noon to 1:30pm and parked at Mears entrance, trying to remove himself from the abduction/murder time (leaving at 1:30pm very conveniently before the abduction/murders occured at 2:14pm), which no longer jives with the witness' digital footprint on the trail that day, but makes him look more innocent?


Rick Allen is without a doubt Bridge Guy.

And I bet the assessment from the psychologist has no audio recording or his signature of statement. One would think a psychologist might acknowledge that Mr. Allen is under duress. I would want to question that psychologist as to why she ignored his symptoms of duress and her unethical lack of beneficence in practice. Code of conduct and practice of standards seems to be missing from this supposed psychologists bag of tricks.
