As high school seniors, we are reaching one of the biggest crossroads in our lives. The college application process is done, but we still have five months before going off to university. This is the most insightful, and strangely uplifting rejection video I’ve ever seen. I just got rejected from *all* my dream schools, but this video is so much more assuring than any other videos out there telling me “you’ll be fine” and “the system is bad anyway.”

Amen man. I am a dual enrollment junior student and I've been working my ass off lately, but the pain of discipline is better than the pain of rejection.

I didn’t get rejected anywhere. I am an athlete, and I had an invite to visit 2 ivies. I worked incredibly hard, but at the end I just missed a spot. I had a 1500+ sat, ISEF finalist, national merit semifinalist, and nationally competitive athlete. What I was doing was working, but I never got to apply to those 2 ivies. I got an offer to both brown, a D1 school, and another Us news T10 that was D3, but my dad made me chose the D3 school. I am so thankful for attending this school, but all of my friends are athletes and none of them are proud knowing I had D1 ivies as options and then lost them and now am going to an academically prestigious D3 school despite being a D1 tier athlete. Seeing what could have been ALWAYS hurts, but if you stay determined, you can always find success no matter where you go. You did your best; now it will be easier to continue offering your all.

I just get rejected by my art school in my city and it was the best option for me, now I have to move in another country but it's gonna be hard without my parents ... I really don't want to leave everythings behind and my friends ;-;
