Ok, so this is mostly great advice. Happened to me, I focused on myself, got fitter, dressed better etc.
I ignored her because my tought was if she doesnt want me then its a dead end. After a while she aproached me and asked me if i had a problem with her and i acted pretty chill, the fact is i wasnt mad. She said" NO" on 1st March 2022. I am going through trauma, sobbing hard, not feeling hungry. for the first time I didn't feel hungry for 2 straight days, not being able to sleep, waking up after just 2-3 hours of sleep and start crying, I am going for walk 1 hour in the morning as well as in the evening.. I am doing 50-60 mins of meditation in the morning and same Duration in the evening..
