Never sell to exit unless you have to.
To extract the value created, so the equity in ur development, u exit by paying off the briding loan and getting a normal mortgage.
You can then rent out the property and generate an income to repay the monthly mortage.

Hopefully the property prices should rise and in 2-3yrs u fully exit by selling the property.

When u get a mortgage and extract some of the equity, do so to generate a profit yeah but more than 50% should go back into investing in the next project, thus u have a business and not a habby.

The legal pack you have always from the company that is selling the house?
If you will have the legal pack is always good to pay a solicitor to check every single page of the house condition?
There is no way to avoid to pay a solicitor on the case that you will not win the auction?
