Why don't people wanna be transferred? A single department can't correct all issues, so they _need_ to be transferred.

They are absolutely skewing one if those calls. I heard it just today, the customer was absolutely insane. The agent offered to get the customer to the agent he was requesting, but the customer refused to be transferred, he just wanted to scream.

There is no oversite. When i worked at a huge mortgage company we had hispanic and black 20 year olds purposesly trying to foreclose on whites citing racial replacement theory. Hundreds and thousands of people
