These videos give me life!! Today at work I had a long line of people during lunch rush. there was one customer loudly playing music on his phones without headphones. When he got to me he had an attitude saying I seemed like I was in a rush and how he doesn’t like being rushed. I told him I’m sorry I have a line of people to get through and came in on my day off to help him. He kept saying “what” to me so I told him he could hear better if he wasn’t listening to loud music, so he finally turned it down.

He also was standing in line for like 5 minutes so you would assume he knew what veggies he wanted on his sandwich. However people are the worst and he purposefully very slowly started deciding all of his vegetables he wanted. I finally told him “you would assume you know what you want since you’ve been standing in line for so long” finally he shut up and more quickly told me what else he wanted.

He pissed me off but it was empowering

The commentator is incorrect about the pizza parlor and employee discussion at 19:13. Your attire isn't protected by the first amendment when you are in a private establishment. For example, a private establishment can deny someone service or ask them to leave if they refuse to wear a mask or come into their establishment with no shoes or not wearing a shirt. They can even require employees or customers to be in their best dress and refuse service to customers who aren't in their best dress or ask an employee to go home and change. It does sound like the employer didn't advise this employee that political and religious attire isn't allowed at his establishment but the first amendment doesn't protect him in such a situation as the owner can set dressing standards that forbid political or religious attire BUT, he should advise his employees of this policy as it appears this employee wasn't aware of this policy.
