Guys it works, if any other problem like 3d module, jus reset the pref by doing this, press ctrl+shift+alt and open after effects

If you still have the same issue anywa try to press ctrl+alt+shift when starting After Effects, if you did so correctly it will ask you if you want to delete the preferences file, and you definitely want to get rid of that one. After that it should work perfectly fine again!

If this method NOT WORK Try this :
When you click on application icon to run it, when AE starting immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shft in Windows or Cmd + Alt + Shft in Mac. Both to delete your preferences. This maybe resolves your issue.

what i do is i just go to Effects\15.1 then run ae again. or it depends where itss telling ypu that u ont have permisson

I only find
- Adobe After Effects CC 2019
- Adobe Creative Cloud Experience
- Common
And they are all folders. When I look inside the folders I can't find "Adobe After Effects 2020" Please, Help?
