Although I live in Italy, I love diner scenes in american movies! I noticed that the portions/dishes are 2-4 times bigger than a person would normally eat here. Which means that - if I ever manage to travel to the US with friends - I would save a LOT of money by splitting the portions with them.

I cooked in many diners and he's right, the hard part is getting it all together at the same time. You might have one at the table order steak, next person an eggs breakfast etc. You have to know when to start things and when to put your toast down, and on and on. It can get confusing. I always got spaghetti because it was usually pretty good wherever you went. But when they got to the part on the piroghis and cabbage rolls kielbasi and Lake Erie perch, that brought back memories of home. Indescribably good when cooked by a little old Polish woman. And even though I live in California now, I'll never forget the Cleveland girls whose families came from strong ethnic backgrounds. They were something else.

I live in Ohio and I’m so happy I found ur show. My daughter lived in Medina amd we go up their a few times a month. Come this summer I hope this pandemic is gone and we can go exploring. U have all these eat shows but u also have car ride exploring shows I can’t wait to check out. Thank u
