Guy Fieri stops by the only place to find authentic Coney Island-style hot dogs in Baltimore: G&A Restaurant, owned by Andy Farantos. Their Coney Island chili sauce — or, as Guy calls it, their ''crazy meat concoction'' —combines ground beef with chili powder, celery salt and other secret spices. Andy wastes no time when he lines the hot dogs up on his arm to fill FAST.

The thing about family institutional restaurants is that they end up supporting so many family members. Kudos to the members actually working, selling something that doesn't have a high per unit profit. Working hard, long hours to support everyone is not something everyone would do. Kudos.

This was my bus stop. I lived by eichencrantz the old German restaurant that used to be in that neighborhood. I’ve eaten hundreds of these. That guy makes those dogs so fast too.

Great throwback. Those dogs look delicious. I love how in the early days Guy had no boundaries for close talking. Like my personal space's personal space feels violated.

I remember this one, still a fav visit. Greeks make the best chili sauce. We used to have a chain in Grand Rapids MI called Red Lion that had legendary chili dogs and yes, gravy for fries and American fries.

Also in this video when I watch him make chili in HAWAII we make chili plates with 2 scoops of rice 1 scoop of macaroni salad beef chili and 2 hotdogs to go but it you look at what's in a hotdogs you might be surprised and sometimes my mother would make hotdogs with cabbage soy sauce and short grain rice and hotdogs are very versatile even making pigs in the blanket which are a hot appetizer for a party or banquet for a catering event or function and it's very with Dijon mustard popular
