I'm not sure what I will do if Matthew ever quits making Medicare videos. Pretty much everything I know about Medicare, I have learned from him. He is our agent for our Part B supplement policies and we have been very pleased with them. Medigap seminars was recommended last year by a co-worker, as my wife turned 65. Matthew's videos are excellent, and we ended up using one of his agents to get our Med Supp policy. They were great, no regrets. I recommend them. I can't say if ALL of their agents are good, but the 2 I have worked with were great.

I'm seeing the same things as I'm shopping Part D plans for my clients. Much of the "savings" promised by the Inflation Reduction Act are being negated by the carriers putting the costs of those savings back on the plan members. Thoughts?

My Part D is $4.50 and will be $18.60. A 433% increase!
I selected a D plan for $0.00 (not Advantage) that covers the same as the $18.60 plan in CA.
