I have noted guys down the gym in their 70s that are really sharp minded so i can definitely see this in action.

Anything the Government say to eat i just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits

I want this man as my neurologist for my TBI. I've been recovering for a year now. Months of PT but no resistance training. Guess I will start that on my own. The pressure training the DR speaks of has been my best/enemy friend for 12 months. I'd love to be a case study for him. 🧠

very interesting, thanks. It is long known that learning motoric coordination - like in playing music, artistic sport, fast sport disciplines with a ball - enhances the capability for abstract thought. That is valid for kids as well.
small addon regarding tthe prevention part:
- healthy vascular system: collagen + vit c in sufficient doses after the age of 35 in addition to vascular training
- getting the CSF flowing : yoga with headstand for 5 min+, and spinal twists and waving.
(you can combine that with sauna of course :)).
.
...an a warning: BFR is dangrous for yur veins. Veins are at the surface of the limbs, arteries are deep in the tissue, for a good reason. Putting on a clamp, the venous pressure will rise dramatically. You do it a bit too often, and you damage them irreversibly. The bill then comes after the age of 50. IMHO, it is a stupid idea.
More appropiate: overcoming isometrics. Same principle, not damaging the vessels

I have read many books, I listened to many Youtube videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

It’s rude to mistake Australians for the English too, believe me !

Likewise mate. Can confirm Australians are offended if confused for Brits too.
