I've been experiencing cycles of stress, anxiety, negative feelings, and overthinking, which have led me to develop several unhealthy habits that have worsened my mental health. These include mindless scrolling, sleeping late, napping throughout the day, having irregular periods, engaging in very little physical activity, eating very little, and even indulging in inappropriate content.
